Before You Submit

Please read the following requirements carefully before submitting your manuscript to AARAI Publications. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submission is accurate, original, appropriately referenced, and prepared according to the requirements of the selected journal.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared clearly and professionally and should follow the author guidelines of the selected journal. Authors should ensure that the manuscript is complete, readable, and suitable for scholarly evaluation before submission.

2. Referencing and APA Citations

AARAI Publications values accurate scholarly referencing. Authors should use appropriate APA-style in-text citations and reference lists unless the selected journal specifies another referencing style. All ideas, evidence, data, quotations, and materials derived from other sources must be properly acknowledged.

3. Originality and Plagiarism

Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free from plagiarism, inappropriate duplication, fabricated content, and other forms of academic misconduct.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Authors may use appropriate AI-assisted tools where permitted, but the use of such tools does not transfer responsibility for the manuscript to the technology. Any substantive use of AI-assisted tools should be appropriately disclosed in accordance with the journal's requirements.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be carefully reviewed, fact-checked, revised, and integrated by the authors before submission. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, citations, interpretation, and final wording of their manuscript.

5. Authorship

All individuals listed as authors should have made an appropriate contribution to the work and should have approved the version submitted for consideration. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial office and should ensure that all authors are aware of and agree to the submission.

6. Ethics and Research Integrity

Where applicable, authors must obtain the necessary ethical approval before conducting research involving human participants, animals, personal data, or other ethically sensitive material. Relevant ethical information should be reported transparently in the manuscript.

7. Funding and Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose relevant sources of funding and declare any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest that may influence the research, interpretation, or publication of the work.

8. Submission and Editorial Assessment

Submission of a manuscript does not constitute acceptance or guarantee publication. Each submission may undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine its suitability, completeness, originality, and compliance with journal requirements. Manuscripts that proceed beyond the initial assessment may be sent for peer review where appropriate.

9. Author Responsibility

Authors remain fully responsible for the content of their manuscript, including its accuracy, originality, research integrity, citations, references, data, interpretations, and conclusions. Authors are also responsible for reviewing and correcting any content produced or assisted by artificial intelligence or other technological tools before submission.
